Pangulong Duterte, Inamin na Napa-Luha Siya sa Saya nang Magpunta sa Alegria, Cebu
Ikinatuwa ng husto ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pagbubukas ng Alegria Oil Field sa Cebu. Ang pagbubukas ng naturang oil field ay isang major development sa sektor ng enerhiya sa bansa. Magiging daan daw ito para kumita ng milyon-milyong ang Alegria, at ang una daw sa mga dapat makinabang ay ang mga residente sa lugar.
"So meron tayong sariling [oil field]. And the first to enjoy should be the people of Alegria because nandoon. Sinabi ko sa kanila, over time there will be lot of Filipinos congregating here. There is money in this place. So it's about, siguro sa inyo it's 100 million a month. That would make you the richest municipality. And people will start to crowd." sabi ni Pangulong Duterte.
Hindi maitago ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang kanyang emosyon sa pagbubukas ng Alegria Oil Field.

“Last week I was in Alegria, Cebu. For the first time nakita ko ‘yung apoy na…when I turned on the valve para lumabas ‘yun and pag-uwi ko sa chopper kunyari nag-wipe ako ng face ko but I cried. At least for the first time nakita ko oil" sabi ng Pangulo sa inauguration ng Davao River Bridge widening project sa Davao City nitong Huwebes.
